  • Will I receive a proof for my order?
    If you upload a logo and it requires any adjustments to make it print-ready, we will email you a proof for your order.
    Otherwise, your order will go straight into production.
  • Can I get a quote?
    We set up price breaks for orders up to 1,000 units. If you are looking to purchase a larger amount, you can request a personalized quote using this form
  • Do I get a discount for large orders?
    Yes! There are price breaks at 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 units. The more you buy, the more you save!
  • When will my order arrive?
    Orders of less than 250 units will ship within 15 business days after you place your order. If your order is over 250 units, we will confirm your ship date after you place your order.
    **Orders with logo artwork will take an additional 1 business day to review the artwork for print readiness.
  • Can you rush my order?
    If you require an expedited ship date, fill out a quote using this form and write the date in the notes. We will do our best to accommodate your order.
  • How do I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
    We make all our personalized products to order based on your exact specifications. Because of this, we cannot accept returns. In the unlikely event that there was a mistake with your order, please email a photo of the product along with your order number to and we will work with you on a solution.
  • I received the wrong quantity - what do I do?
    Uh oh! Email with your order number and the quantity you received and we will find a solution for you.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Until your order is in production, you can cancel your order by emailing Once your order is in production, you cannot cancel your order.


  • What are the minimum logo and artwork sizes?
    To ensure that your artwork looks great when printed or engraved, we recommend any text is at least 5pt and lines are .25pt thick. If you upload a logo with text, we will modify it to be at least 5pt before sending you a proof.
  • Can I request changes after I submit my order?
    Once your order is submitted, it goes straight into our production process. We cannot make any changes once it is in production.
  • What if my logo is low quality?
    We will do our best to make your artwork print ready. If your logo requires more than 15 minutes of work, we will charge an additional $25 to make it print ready.
