General Questions

  • How much is shipping? 
    We offer free ground shipping within the continental U.S. to one location. Drop ship charges are an additional $6.25 net per location.
  • Will I receive a proof for my order?
    Yes! We will send a free proof in 1-2 business days. To speed up this process, make sure you send vector artwork (.ai, .eps) or high-resolution JPEG or PNG files.
  • Do I get a discount for large orders?
    Yes! We set price breaks at multiple quantities. The more you buy, the more you save!
  • Can I order less than the minimum quantity?
    Yes, but an additional $75 (G) charge will be added to your order.
  • Can I order samples?
    Yes, we offer samples at 25% off EQP plus shipping. We can ship on your account if you provide a shipper number.
  • Do you offer pre-production samples?
    Yes. The first pre-production sample is $125 and $75/ea for additional samples. Only 4 pre-production samples can be added per order.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Orders of less than 250 units will ship within 15 business days after you place your order. If your order is over 250 units, we will confirm your ship date after you place your order.
  • Can you rush my order?
    If you require an expedited ship date, fill out a quote using this form and write the date in the notes. We will do our best to accommodate your order.
  • How do I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
    A return authorization number must be requested in writing prior to return of merchandise for any reason. Without an RA number, our receiving team will not accept the return. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of purchase. If blank items have been decorated, we cannot accept the return. Approved returns will incur a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater. In the unlikely event that there was a mistake with your order, please email a photo of the product along with your order number to and we will work with you on a solution.
  • I received the wrong quantity - what do I do?
    Uh oh! Email with your order number and the quantity you received and we will find a solution for you.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    If production on your order has begun, you may cancel by paying $70 for art and plates plus the price per item or $125 minimum, whichever is greater.
  • Do you offer Self Promo Specials?
    Yes! Pricing is 50% off EQP. Clearance or sale items are not eligible for self promo specials.
  • Do you offer Co-op Programs?
    Yes! Co-op programs will receive EQP as long as minimum order quantities are met for each order. Please submit a copy of your catalog featuring our products for approval prior to launching program. Please clearly mark that these orders as "Program Orders" prior to submitting.
  • Do you offer individual personalization?
    Yes, please fill out this form for a custom quote.
  • How can I get EQP on Blank Goods?
    You must hit the required order quantity to receive EQP on Blank Goods.


  • What are the minimum logo and artwork sizes?
    To ensure that your artwork looks great when printed or engraved, we recommend any text is at least 5pt and lines are .25pt thick. If you upload a logo with text, we will modify it to be at least 5pt before sending you a proof.
  • Can I request changes after I submit my order?
    Once your order is submitted, it goes straight into our production process. We cannot make any changes once it is in production.
  • What if my logo is low quality?
    We will do our best to make your artwork print ready. If your logo requires more than 15 minutes of work, we will charge an additional $25 to make it print ready.

Pricing on our website is subject to change without notice. Invoices will reflect current pricing and will not be adjusted to reflect any previously offered pricing. Pricing obtained from third-party website should be verified against our website prior to order submission.
